CLINICA CODA

PRIVACY AND COOKIES

No cookies. No tracking.

This page explains what this website stores in your browser, what we collect if you get in touch, and what you can ask us to do.

THE SHORT VERSION
  • This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it loads nothing from other companies.
  • It keeps a few small settings in your own browser: your light or dark choice, and, if you use an access form, that you already did.
  • If you send us your details, they are emailed to the founder of Clinica Coda Ltd so we can reply. They are not stored in a database on this website, and we never sell them.
  • Please do not send us patient information.

What the website stores in your browser

These settings stay on your device. They are never sent to us, and we do not use them to follow you. Because they only remember a choice you made, or that you already passed an access form, they do not need a cookie banner.

SettingWhat it remembers
Theme preferenceWhether you chose the light or dark theme (stored as two small settings, one of them kept from an earlier version of the site).
Investor page accessOnly if you complete an access form: that you already did, so it does not ask again on that device.

You can remove these at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Who we are

This website is run by Clinica Coda Ltd (“we”). We decide how your details are used, which makes us the data controller. You can reach us at info@clinicacoda.com.

What we collect if you get in touch

We collect only what you type into a form on this website:

When you submit a form, your details are sent as an email to the founder so that we can reply and know who has looked at the investor pages. They are not saved in a database on this website. To limit spam, the server briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of the sending address and a timestamp, with none of your message, for up to an hour.

Why we use your details, and who sees them

We use them to respond to you and to manage investor interest. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: it is what you expect when you contact a company, and it has little effect on your privacy. We do not use your details for marketing mailing lists and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

The website is hosted by Hostinger, which also delivers the email. We read the email in Gmail. These companies handle your details on our behalf, and their own privacy notices apply to how they run their services. Hosting providers also keep ordinary technical server logs for security.

How long we keep them

We keep your email for as long as we need it to reply to you and to keep a record of who we have spoken to, and a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, ask us to stop using them, and object to our using them. Email info@clinicacoda.com and we will reply. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Patient information

This website uses only synthetic (made-up) letters for demonstration. Please do not send us any real patient information through this website or by email. If a GP practice later uses the software with real letters, a separate data protection agreement and risk assessment will cover that use.
